Email to be sent to groups outlining vacant job descriptions – asking for volunteers.
Beth Tilston will send email Criteria for facilitators – be local, have internet access, be organised, be able to commit until October.

Roles for Facilitators

• Organise meetings – take minutes
• Set tasks and deadlines and make sure people stick to them
• Report back to general meetings
• If unavailable for general meetings make sure that Beth Tilston – or other secretary has report
• Be point of contact for submissions and enquiries
• Acknowledge submissions by email (or other)
• Individual Committee budgets to be drawn up (in co-ordination with finance committee)

Action will be taken to find another facilitator if the current one is not fulfilling their job description

YAHOO GROUPS

Individual committee groups will be dissolved, with the exception of the general mailing list, the steering committee and workshops.
Suggested people use discussion forum on the website. Groups dissolved to encourage more face to face communication.

ANY OTHER BUSINESS

FOOD
Hospitality will provide list of names of people eligible for free food. Autonomous Café (Jess) will provide food on Sat/Sun at Cowley Club kitchens. Proceeds will go to Cowley Club. Food for public and performers. All food Vegan/Vegetarian. Flyers and stickers to be given to Jess before 29th June to take to G8.

MAD BRIGHTON
(2 week exhibition in Sept – music, arts etc – positive awareness about mental health.) Ladyfest will help Mad Brighton get women involved. Awareness raising day for Threshold (advisory service) in Septermber in conjunction with Mad Brighton and Ladyfest. Ladyfest benefits in Mad Brighton spaces. Ladyfest will help publicise.
